NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A storm system could bring severe weather to Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Saturday afternoon and into the early evening hours.
4-23 NAM Rain and thunderstorms are expected to be ongoing throughout the morning with a second round of storms moving in during the afternoon. Those storms have the potential to be severe.
With a possible break between the two rounds of storms, some sunshine could warm temperatures to the upper 70s. The warmer temperatures are not ideal as it would add to the instability for the afternoon round of storms to work with.
According to the Storm Prediction Center, second round of storms could contain damaging winds, hail and possible tornadoes.
