MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – Four people face charges after Rutherford County authorities say they were found them allegedly making meth.
Jake Proctor, Brett Brunas, Madison Moore and Steven Banks were taken into custody Monday at the Elam Hill slab when a deputy patrolling the area noticed the trespassers.
While talking with the four, the deputy noticed a plastic bottle containing a white substance.
The narcotics team responded and confirmed the substance was an active illegal meth lab.
At the time of his arrest, Proctor, 30, was also wanted for theft, violation of probation and possession go drug paraphernalia.
Brunas, 27, Moore, 24, and 29-year-old Banks are jailed in Rutherford County.
They are due in court Sept. 30.
